All our candles and related products are subject to availability. We handcraft our candles in small batches, and due to their artisanal nature, there might be slight variations in colour, texture, and scent throw, which are inherent to the product and not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes (such as GST). Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

We currently ship to addresses within India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected. While we process orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics). Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

We want you to love your Mystical Flames experience. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or lit candles. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
