All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Metro cities: 3-4 days
  • Tier 2 cities: 4-6 days
  • Tier 3 cities & towns: 5-7 days

4. How We Pack Your Candles

Your candles are carefully packaged with:

  • Bubble wrap protection
  • Secure cardboard boxing
  • "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" labels

5. Areas We Serve

We currently ship to all major cities and towns in India. Some remote locations might take longer or have limited service.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive:

  • Tracking ID via SMS/Email once shipped
  • Real-time updates on your order status
  • Delivery notification from courier partner

7. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts
If you're unavailable when delivery is attempted:

  • 2 more attempts will be made
  • You'll receive calls from delivery executive
  • Package held at local hub for 3 days

Damaged Products
In rare cases if your candle arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of damaged product and packaging
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We'll send a replacement immediately

Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll investigate with courier partner
  • Replacement sent if package confirmed lost

8. Important Notes

  • Weather Advisory: During summer months, candles may soften slightly during transit. This doesn't affect quality.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries require recipient signature
