At Mystical Flames, each candle is handcrafted with care. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered. Candles can break or get damaged during handling, which is why we follow a strict replacement process.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.
Damaged Product Replacement
If you receive a product that is damaged, we are happy to replace it for you under the following conditions:
1. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. You must send us clear photos and/or videos showing the damage.
3. Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged item at no extra cost.
